What is roll bending machine?
A Roll bending machine is a three roll machine is used to produce seamed tube by bending the sheet to cylinder by using three rolls. The external diameter of the tube is obtained by the distance between the three rolls. The operation which made manually is determined by trial and error which leads to obtain not accurate dimensions.

Objective
The objective of the training is transferring the manual three roll bending machine into computerized machine. The control of the distance between the three rolls will facilitate the operating of the roll bending machine. The dimension accuracy will be better than the manual machine.

Prerequisites:
CHEP MANF/MCT Juniors+ or 3rd year Mechanical Mainstream undergrads that passed Manufacturing, Electronics, Machine Design and Stress Analysis Courses
