3. Guidelines for the Final Presentation
  • Each team will have 15 minutes to present their company and product. The 15 minutes includes your presentation, prototype demo, setting up, Q&A, ....etc.
  • This will be done in a live assessment session on Friday 16/10/2015 in room 218 in the main building (in the corridor above the dean's office). Each team's slot will be announced. Please come on time to avoid surprises.
  • You will need your Student ID Card (National ID if you are not from the Faculty of Engineering) to come on campus on that day.
  • The presentation needs to present your product. market need, business plan, marketing efforts, design methodology, results and future plans. Give the basic information as presentation time is tight and leave the details in any documentation you will submit.
  • Not all team members have to present but the presentation needs to show that there was team work and who worked on what.
  • There is no dress code for that day. Choose it according to your presentation style but you still need to abide by the general campus dress codes
  • The room will have a projector and screen. Make sure you bring all connectors and cabling you need for your laptop or prototype.
  • Those who present should be those with the best presentation skills as they will be showing us all your work. We recommend you to rehearse several times before you come.
  • Surprises happen, so make sure you have spare parts in case something goes wrong with your demo.
  • Please be there on time, set up on time and finish on time to avoid us cutting you off.
  • Please sleep well the night before to come focused and energetic.

                                                              GOOD LUCK :) !!!
