Sr Manufacturing/Production Internship with ABBLocation: ABB Manufacturing Facility at 10th of Ramadan City

The scope of this internship is to work on the design and implementation of solutions for the ABB Manufacturing Facility at 10th of Ramadan City. Interns are expected to work full time until the end of summer, after which they will continue on a part time basis (2 days/week) throughout the 2016/17 academic year. The scope of their work will also serve as their graduation project
Requirements:
- Expected to Graduate in 2018.
- To be from the Manufacturing/ Production program/department
- Willing to have their work with ABB as the scope of their graduation project
- Have transportation means to go to the the ABB Manufacturing Facility at 10th of Ramadan City
- Knowledge and experience in the following is a plus:
- - PLC, Scada, DCS
- C++/Java/Python
- 3D Modeling using Solidworks/Inventor
Responsibilities:
- Be available and dedicated in the dates specified above
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions for the ABB Manufacturing Facility at 10th of Ramadan City
- Document all data and results following the documentation guidelines
