Market Research Group

Program Objectives:
Preparing a powerful market research team to assist the Egyptian entrepreneurs to build Sustainable Entrepreneurial Ventures by using iHub feasibility studies for SMEs that is based on up to date economic analysis of the Egyptian market.

Program Structure & Training Methodology:
iHub will provide condensed training sessions, mentoring, coaching and OJT within 6 months for all candidates. During the project's period, we will focus on grouping the participants to create teams to cover most vital sectors and industries in Egypt as a final project.  The program will have three phases: 
First Phase: 
iHub will deliver technical Workshops about the following topics:
  • Economic Feasibility study (36 hr)- December Track
  • Market research and analysis (16 hr)- February Track 
  • Statistical analysis using SPSS (24 hr)- this track will be delivered to 4 participants at Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS)
Second Phase:
This phase will focus on grouping the participants after examining them and supporting each team with the toolkits and targeted industries.
The coaching and mentoring will be provided by Professional coaches and Co-trainers 4 hours weekly to follow up the program deliverables.
Three phase: 
Measuring program outcomes by evaluating the final research projects.


Timeline
  • The program will span 28/1/2017 - 29/1/2017
  • ​Trainings and meetings will be on Saturdays, Tuesdays or Thursdays. Meetings are up to 4 hours 
  • This program can be delivered on two days weekly (4 hours each) or 1 day condensed training weekly (8 hours)


Eligibility
The program is suitable for 
  1. Senior undergrads or recent grads (Graduating 2016-2018)
  2. Those in the following programs/departments:
    - Business
    - Management
    - E-commerce
    - Accounting
    - Economics 
  3. or those in another disipline but have a passion for business and marketing
  4. Being fluent in English is a MUST
