Course Content:-
By completing this level the student will be able to:-
1- Description of the main parts of the CNC
2- defines The control panel and the function and key function of each key
3- Execute the steps of turning on / of for the CNC Machine
4- Knowing the different positions of the CNC Machine ( REF ,AUTO ,EDIT ,JOG ,MDI )
5- Knowing the work pieces used on the CNC Machine and its usage
6- Executing the steps of assembling the work pieces to the CNC
7- executing the steps of measuring the workpieces on the CNC turning machine and make a new program for the first time and open an existing program to modify on it
8- Making turning programs ( Two axis ) including the different machining processes
9- Making turning programs ( 3 axis ) including the different machining processes
10- programming the machine using ( par field program )
11. Testing the program without switching the machone on
