About the webinar:
AMIDEAST is pleased to announce the 21st round of the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program, which provides the opportunity for Egyptian university graduates to obtain a 2-year Master’s degree from one of the top-ranked universities in the United States, through a fully-funded scholarship. This generous scholarship is funded by Orascom Construction in partnership with the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development. The scholarship allows students to pursue degrees in the following fields: Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration (MBA). Participating universities include Harvard University, Stanford University, University of Chicago, the University of Pennsylvania, and MIT.
We would like to provide Innovation Hub (iHub) students and alumni with the opportunity to learn more about the scholarship program by conducting a 1-hour virtual information session to introduce this great opportunity and provide them with more details about the eligibility criteria and application process.

A brief bio about the speaker: Graduated from Ain Shams University with a Bachelor's of Computer Engineering, Ahmed is specializing in Data Engineering and is working on his MS in Data Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a graduate assistantship. He went on two exchange programs during his undergraduate studies; hence, he has a lot of experience in advising international students regarding scholarship and exchange opportunities. He has worked and volunteered closely with the US Embassy in Cairo as well as AMIDEAST Egypt to spread the knowledge about exchange programs, international resources, and scholarships to students of all ages. |
